I was having so many issues trying to connect to DSERS my emails and pswds were all messed up because I changed my emails and urls on google. Even Ali express was not working for me however after reaching out to DSERS help and connecting with Sandy, she patiently help me trouble shoot and walked me through each step sometimes having to repeat those steps over until we got progress. I was able to reconnect my shopify store to Dsers and Ali Express and she even took care of another issue I had from previous stores connected to DSERS. She was absolutely great!

Zoe helped me fix a problem between Shopify > AliExpress > DS'ers and the actual reseller/store. It was a mighty issue that needed a simple solution imo. However it just turned into a headache talking to all these channels that had to to their part. Eventually Zoe helped me through this entire process which pinpointed exactly where and why my order was being stuck. It saved my day and really helped me understand the process of how things work.
