He helped me quickly resolve an issue when importing products from AliExpress to DSers, where the products showed an abnormal status, even though they were fine on the AliExpress platform. Additionally, when mapping products, I received notifications that the product was abnormal, even though the products were good.

I had a bit of a problem this morning with the DSERS/Aliexpress app on Shopify. When I opened it, the screen looked different than usual, and I couldn't get past the Sign-in and Authorize Permissions page it kept refreshing every time I tried to enter my email and password. The options were greyed out, and I was stuck!

Thankfully, Chrissy from live support was a lifesaver. She asked me to send over a screenshot (and I even threw in a screen recording for good measure). Chrissy quickly figured out what was happening and provided me with a solution to access the site. Problem solved!
