Is the worst app I never saw; They have a Chat almost 24 hrs. But do not solve anything always said the engineers would resolve the issues and never happen.

Do not import the products correctly from Walmart, do not update inventory even prices for any marketplace.

Do not work any changes you made in Variant Info, like shipping source, I erase all the shipping source and live the only USA and do not do anything.

In the section of Aditional Information, I add Product type, Tags, and do not do anything.

Is A waste of time, they promise to fix everything and only charge a monthly fee and never fix anything.

They charge to me three months USD 30 each one, asking for a refund, and never answer an email.

I the worst customer service I have seen.

Do not buy it, also the same with the other App calling Aliexpress Reviews - Import Reviews from Aliexpress, Amazon and Many More.

I am new merchant playing around this app, so far no issues, fantastic app saves a lot of time,everything smooth. The livechat support is awesome. Strongly recommended to all merchants.

It is a great app. Sometimes i got some problems but the support team solved them in 1 2 day max.

Impressive, patient and helpful customer service. Very good. The software is the 2nd most impressive software on the web for this kind of "all stores on the web as your supplier" kind of dropshipping app. I've tried them all an this is the only one that has the features that the biggest one on the market, that's not even in this app store, has. I'm not going to mention names of other apps, because this one is half the price of the big competitor, and almost as good, and perhaps better in some ways. It's very impressive regardless. It's going to be the top dog on this store for dropshipping if it keeps up the good work and developments. E.

I've had some issues with this chrome extension: websites didn't display properly for weeks and right now I'm having issues with my prices not being updated. I tried to contact someone via the "Live chat" function, but it wants you to click on their "terms and conditions by the law" but if you click on that link, no terms or conditions are actually displayed. Overall, I'm finding it increasingly difficult to have confidence in this app.
