excellent service, these guys know how to help their customers and they are very reliable. i accidentaly made 2 payments and after telling them they refunded me the money instantly. So in 1 sentence: reliable and the app works as it needs to work.
We happily used the app for months and while mostly it worked fine, their dev team makes big changes to functionality without warning. So if you're using this as part of your business then expect problems to arise. Their latest changes renders the app entirely unfit for our purpose and despite us asking for them to roll back to a previous feature (which worked perfectly), we now have had no option but to cancel and find an alternative app. Their support team was unwilling to help find a solution.
Thank you for the honest feedback, and for the months you spent with us. I'm truly sorry this change disrupted your setup, and that we couldn't offer you a better way forward when you asked.
Some context on what happened: this update was required to keep the app compliant with Shopify's theme licensing rules — not something we were able to opt out of or roll back selectively. That doesn't make it any easier on your end, and where we clearly fell short was shipping a change this significant without giving you warning first. That's on us, and we're tightening how we flag breaking changes going forward.

This is a fantastic app, it made the transfer of everything we needed from an EU partner website to our .co.uk new website. The team at Duplify are very professional and I would like to specially mention Inna, who has been so helpful and gives great customer service! I would have no hesitation in recommending Duplify and Shopify to anyone :)
Overall, the service is excellent. The support team is responsive, professional, and very helpful. Issues are handled quickly and fairly, including the refund process. I’ve used the service multiple times and have always had a good experience. I would definitely recommend it and will continue using it in the future.

This app does exactly what it was created to do! I would recommend and plan to use this again when I have the need. Be aware, if you purchased a theme and you are duplicating the entire site, the theme will also copy over which can get you into trouble with the theme licenser and you will get shut down. If you are running your site from a purchased theme, buy the theme again for the new site and then duplify.
I had to duplicate the site for a new location. Developer wanted to charge $400-500 for the site duplication. I got it done with Duplify app for $100 and it was done in less than a few hours. It was really easy to use also. I did have an issue initially after the transfer, but it was not due to the app. A simple coding modification resolved it. Highly recommended.
