DO NOT USE - Didn't work and I reached out to the dev multiple times over a week with no response. I have to do it all manually.
I just paid my dev to do it which only costed a little more than this piece or crap app. And at least my team member gets paid... Useless
Unfortunately, I think you may have reached out to a different company and not us (Presidio).
We have no record of any email from a customer at Nueboo and we respond to all support tickets within 24 hours and most are answered even quicker.
Posting this here for any customer considering Duplify, we do our best to respond to everything immediately (nights and weekends).
Duplify is an impressive app that simplifies the process of duplicating online shops effortlessly. It saved me a significant amount of time and effort, allowing me to have a fully functional copy of my shop on a new domain within a day.
Right from the start, Duplify impressed me with its user-friendly interface, making the entire process straightforward. The app provided clear instructions and guided me through each step, ensuring a seamless experience even for someone with limited technical expertise.
The app's efficiency was remarkable, flawlessly replicating the majority of my shop's aspects, including products, categories, images, and customer data. It successfully transferred complex configurations and settings, resulting in a duplicate shop that closely resembled the original.
Certain aspects, such as shop navigation and specific settings, cannot be automatically copied and require manual configuration. Luckily this is not a lot of work and we were still able to go live with our new domain the same day.
Easy and straightforward process. All our product images, including alt text, we successfully copied, all pages, collections etc.

We have been trying to reach this store owner for several weeks through their store email, Facebook Messager and even Instagram. But we are not getting any response. Works great! If you are creating a second store, it's a must-use. The time you'll save is more than justified with their fair pricing. Also, support is 10/10. In the past, I tried to use another app which was expensive and didn't perform as well.

Used the app and it didn't duplicate a ton of products and collections properly. Our store is a mess. Tried reaching out and haven't heard back either to fix it. Would love to get a response and get this resolved but for now this is the case.
