The app was exactly what we needed! We set up a new Shopify store and used it to seamlessly copy all our products and metadata from the old store to the new store, saving us an incredible amount of time and effort. It’s also great for transferring orders and customer data if you need that functionality.
Customer support was outstanding. We chose not to include orders from our old store (after we transferred the orders to the new store), and they took care of deleting the old orders from the new store.
The setup process was smooth and intuitive, making it easy to export and connect the two stores.
Very good app with lots of control measures in place to allow the exact syncing and store dupicaiton you need. I have previously used Replay app on a different shpify project and i can confirm Duplify is much more useable and has more capability.
Worth the spend if you control multiple stores
IT JUST WORKS.
I'm the Marketing Director for US-based travel pack brand and my team was tasked with standing up a UK sister site to support our international distribution business. This could have taken countless hours of downloading files, importing, testing, troubleshooting etc.—and certainly would have taken longer due to the time difference. A project that could have easily taken a month was completed essentially automatically, in a less than a day.
It all seemed TOO EASY but everything synced correctly. I was shocked. This is one of those apps that just works.
