I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism that all of the representatives at Zonos possess. They have really helped us with our duty/tax calculations with the Landed Cost Guarantee program taking the guess work out of this area when shipping internationally. The customer service at Zonos has been excellent. Megan is really nice and helped me through a bunch of issues that I never would've figured out by myself.

The Zonos team is fantastic!

First, I moved from Global-E to Zonos. Best decision. Better rates, better service and easier integration. The team at Zonos is super responsive. It once took me 12 days to get someone on a call from Global-E during an emergency.

Second, the Zonos team went above and beyond in helping my organization solve problems with warehouse issues we were having. This was out of the Zonos scope of services but they happily helped.

Third, you can count on the Zonos team. They say what they will do and then do it.

Excellent onboarding process from Matthew at Zonos. Whilst the service is pricey, so far it seems worth it and is allowing our customers to checkout with ease, with all relevant customs information presented up front. We have integrated with Fedex meaning our carried rates get pulled through. I would recommend Zonos to anyone looking to expand internationally.

Curtis was great setting up the app and training with our partner plant in Asia. The app will save us time creating labels and documents needed for shipping and is straight forward for duty/vat calculation. I would recommend this app.
