Zonos Duty and Tax

We use Zonos to dynamically calculate our duties for our three international stores. works as exactly as you'd expect and most importantly the support team are highly response. thanks guys!

Zono's has helped increase our international sales. We have shipped international for years, but with all the custom forms, HS codes and rules, it was overwhelming to ship each package. After we got past the setup part with Zono's, it is so easy. We literally click create label and everything populates correctly, it interacts with our UPS account and we do nothing but print a label. It even puts the tracking number into the Shopify order once its created. It has made our lives so much easier and the customers now know exactly what they are paying, they have the option to pay duties/tax upfront or when it arrives, but there are no surprises for them or us.

Great customer support and a very streamlined product. An absolute must for international sales to ensure every customer knows the true door-to-door cost of their purchase.

So far we're loving Zonos! The warehouse guys wish they could ship everything through the Zonos dashboard, our Sales department is happy with the uplift we're seeing in international markets, and the Customer Service folks really like how it all works for the customers.

So far so good! MUCH better landed costing for our intl customers. Support is next level good and helped us every step of the way. Cannot thank them enough for all the help and guidance. Really excited to see how this impacts and helps us grow our international d2c footprint.

Got this app for international orders, also got the updated verson for UK because doing a VAT on our own was so confusing. Zonos team was super helpfuls, app works great!
