Zonos Duty and Tax

The integration and set up has been really smooth thanks to the onboarding support (Shawn) which has been amazing and so helpful during this process!

Great hands on service getting the app set up. So far this app has provided a clear option for international customers on shipping, taxes, and duties. Most customers aren't familiar with their country's import taxes, and asking them to pay upon delivery to receive the item created tons of customer service requests and abandoned shipments. Zonos helps solve that problem and provides a clear solution.

I have been looking for an app that will dynamically apply the appropriate taxes and duties to e-com orders so that my customers do not have to pay these upon receipt (meaning easier and hassle-free delivery). Zonos is literally the only thing I have found on the market that does this. They worked with me on a very tight timeline to implement the app and even customize my checkout page across multiple stores.
Highly recommended - there's just no comparison to trying to keep static tables for tax and duties calculation.

We have swapped from Global-E to Zonos and I can say that from start the finish the on-boarding process has been simple, fast and painless. I have felt supported and listened to throughout while having everything explained clearly. The testing process is vigorous (Which Global's is not) and everything has happened exactly to the timeline we requested. Curtis was charming and helpful the entire time and has always answered my questions almost immediately despite the time difference.
