We use Zonos for international tax calculations and the Welcome Mat (we haven't moved over to Hello yet). We were launching a promo in less than 24 hours and needed last-minute changes to our now Zonos-unsupported Welcome Mat. Brandon Morin was knowledgeable, patient, and persistent (with his very busy team) and had the changes made with time to spare. This app and team was exactly what my business was looking for! Semisi and Taylor were beyond helpful and super thorough. They were also able to connect me with other companies they parter with to help with both my domestic and international shipping. Super excited to be working with this app!
I rolled out Zonos in the 4th quarter, and the team there helped me get up and running in no time. We can now provide a much better customer experience to our international customers by eliminating any uncertainty around their total landed costs.
I drop ship so my platform is a bit more complex to deal with. The team at zonos has been awesome and patient so far in helping me perfect a duties calculator to deal with the demands of ecommerce :) I have worked close with both Kat, Mariama and a bit with David, they are all equally amazing!! I highly recommend this app if you are a business like me who would like to give your customers the option of pre-paying their duties at checkout, avoiding paying them at arrival!
Simple to use and easy integration. Support with set up and configuration is great, attentive and fast!

Zonos finally updated their app that works with discounts! It took some time to get it to work with checkout extensibility but I appreciate that they did not release a half-baked product and that they made sure that the app works seamlessly. Zonos' team, especially Jordan, was excellent in keeping us up to date with their development. They helped us reinstall the app and made sure that the app was working correctly with discounts. I felt like Zonos cared about us and our issues even though we're just a small business.

We've had numerous complaints from UK customers that they're getting taxed almost double of what they paid for the products. Zonos does not calculate VAT based on the discounted retail price. They only calculate based on the full retail price. We found a solution by using automatic discounts, so we told their dev team about it. Somehow, that's not working anymore either.
We understand your frustration and disappointment regarding your customers experience and appreciate your efforts in working with us through this issue. When promo codes are applied in checkout, there are limitations to the visibility of discounts that Shopify gives in these instances. We feel a similar frustration and disappointment on our customer's behalf that this issue is persisting despite our efforts to work through this. We believe we have found a better solution to resolve this moving forward, and hope to have that rolled out in the very near future. Zonos will always work with our partners to present every solution possible, as we did with your store, and we deeply regret that the timing of this issue resulted in a poor experience for your customers.

Zonos has helped out international ecomm business tremendously. From my initial call with David, with IT set up and Mariama on support. All have been extremely helpful and dedicated to address any questions. Looking forward to expand more with Zonos with additional features they offer.
