Project Manager Curtis was a pleasure to work with. He helped set up our account and helped customize it to fit out needs. Curtis and others in the Zonos team were overall great to work with. Their communication and the time they put into helping their users was a reassuring experience!

Megs Smith did an amazing job with customer service. Had an issue with cross platforms and she took care of everything with ease, making my life a breeze.

Excellent onboarding process from Matthew at Zonos. Whilst the service is pricey, so far it seems worth it and is allowing our customers to checkout with ease, with all relevant customs information presented up front. We have integrated with Fedex meaning our carried rates get pulled through. I would recommend Zonos to anyone looking to expand internationally.

Curtis was great setting up the app and training with our partner plant in Asia. The app will save us time creating labels and documents needed for shipping and is straight forward for duty/vat calculation. I would recommend this app.

This app and it's team get 5 Stars. They have been so helpful setting up the zones for shipping and super fast. I was up and running in 3 days. Call out to Barrett for always being there and assisting with any questions.
The dashboard is so easy to use and print labels. I would recommend this app for anyone doing international shipping.
