Zonos Duty and Tax

We've had a great experience using Zonos Duty and Tax. The customer success team has been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, responsive, and eager to help. Their guidance made the setup process smooth and helped us get the most out of the app. I highly recommend Zonos to any business looking for a reliable solution to manage duties and taxes for international shipping.

The customer support team are always incredibly helpful with responding to any queries we may have. If issues have ever appeared the team have always been quick to provide a solution.

We officially launched the Zonos app about a month ago, and it has been an excellent experience. The onboarding process is smooth and user-friendly, making it easy for us to get started. Fion Huang has been an outstanding communicator throughout this journey. Her support during the testing phase has been invaluable, and she has been incredibly accommodating to our specific needs for our online store.

Fion responds quickly and thoroughly to any questions we have and consistently offers great suggestions. She ensures that any changes we need are implemented smoothly with the Zonos team. We just launched with Zonos and while we don't have enough experieince with the platform yet to comment on the overall performance in live action over the long term, we can say without a doubt that the onboarding experience was one of the best onboarding experiences we've had in many years of working with many different technology partners. Our onboarding rep Shawn Roah was a model for what one should expect from an onboarding partner. He was super knowledgable, but resourceful and prompt with follow throughs if there were any knowledge gaps; he was patient, respectful and understanding with our learning curve; his communication approach was clear, concise, and geared toward progress; he was constructively creative when we hit internal process roadblocks on our end, which was so refreshing to see someone thinking outside the box. Ultimately, Shawn truly cares about his client's success, and he clearly enjoys what he does. He is a valuable asset to the Zonos onboarding team and therefore the company as a whole. The app's feature is very clear, straightforward, and easy to use. The onboard and integration process are clear and fast. All the team are responsive to any cases and questions.
