Only been on the platform for about a week, but it's been a positive experience so far, and I've already seen international customer conversion pick up with the new, lower rates made possible by Zonos.
The setup support I received from Lennon was top notch - he's been responsive with questions and handled a small billing issue promptly.
Based on what I've experienced so far, I'd recommend Zonos for at least somewhat established brands ready to increase their business outside of the U.S.
