So far, so good. However, the app is a little basic in places and doesn’t offer the usual setup flexibility you find in other apps - such as editing language, removing or hiding certain elements, or adjusting styling.
I also don’t understand the order in which the shipping zones appear in the backend Shipping Rates section; it seems random.
Additionally, the Shipping Cost Breakdown doesn’t appear if your shipping charge is FOC and you’re not collecting duties and taxes, only displaying them.
Other than that, it works well and is clearly the best duty and tax calculator app available. The DHL support is also first class!
