CrossborderIT was a good solution for us until they changed their pricing from 1EUR per transaction to 99EUR per month despite their terms stating "CBIT shall have the right to change the fees for the Services at any time by giving the Customer no less than 30 days’ notice.", stopped replying to live chat messages and removed the live chat function. We cannot find any option to cancel our service but will be doing so as soon as we possibly can.

I was originally happy with the app ans service until I received an email informing me in December of a massive price hike from 20 euros to 99 euros a month. As a result I have cancelled my subscription.

Randomly put the price up to $99 per month with no warning, not worth it should have tiered pricing I have moved over to https://apps.shopify.com/eas-eu-compliance which is pay per order.

Keep in mind that if a shipper ships at least three shipments a day. The first 100 shipments are included in the price.

We installed this app to try and figure out how we can easily deal EU Vat tax payments. It simply didn't work from the start - our account on the Crossborderit.com site couldn't connect to the app due to not recognising the integration key. Crossborderit kept asking us to send them money to get the IOSS number registration and I refused as long as the app was not integrating. After 4-5 emails to support about this fundamental issue nothing happened except promises about the developers fixing it. Still nothing 3-4 weeks on so I am giving up on this shambles of an app and shambles of a company - I cannot recommend this app.
