DPO Dynamic Product Options

Absolutely amazing app and incredible support! The app is extremely useful with features that are unmatched by any other app - or group of apps. Support is fast, provides solutions, explains how special requirements can be accomplished, and offers tips to assist users of all levels kindly. I needed help with syntax for complicated (to me) pricing formulas. I had a special request to display product weight in a special way.
I had another special request to change the default behavior of the app with respect to display on the product detail page.
I needed help finding errors in formulas.

If you need an options app that can do almost anything, Dynamic Product Options is the way to go. I've tried just about all of them and DPO was the ONLY options app that would do what I needed. Also, the support is GREAT!!!

This is the most amazing app that is 100% worth investing in. It is very easy to use for any person as you don't need to know coding. It has support documents to trouble shoot the small stuff and the support has been more than exceptional!

This app works great! Very versatile and their support ticket system is top notch. The amount of personal customization they have added goes above and beyond. By far the biggest bang for the buck out of all the apps I use.

This is the best app I've used on shopify, hands down. If you need custom options for your products, custom pricing this app is great. You can fully customize a product page with any possible option, swatch, radio, dropdown, text, etc. and there are also div/html elements which you can fully customize into anything you want. I've tried 3 other options/calculator apps before I found DPO. All of the others did some things well but I always ended up hitting a wall of limitations. When I found DPO, it was a bit hard to learn at first, but that's because there are literally no limitations. Thankfully their support (Ramon) is super knowledgeable and were able to solve every single one of my questions and issues, and very timely too. Really the support is top notch, I can't say enough. This app is a gem, I almost don't want to leave this review and attract my competition, but seriously the level of support offered from Ramon, I have to share.

We've been using Dynamic Product Options for a while now and the it's an awesome app but what's even better is the customer support. I've NEVER had a developer respond in a manner that this staff does. Typically you get a response from other devs with "another question" or a canned response to read their docs...which doesn't always help - not these guys. Not only do they respond quickly but they resolve any issue you may have and they even gave us ideas to set up our options in a better manner than we were trying to go with in the first place. Very happy with the support and the app is very robust and does what it says and more actually! We installed other apps to do this job and really it was a waste of time. Don't even look at the other options on the app store lol - the 5 star rating here is 100% why we went with them and why we will stay.

We had very specific, very detailed customization goals for our store. We were able to accomplish it all with this APP. What impressed me most was their customer support. If I submitted a ticket during business hours I had an answer within an hour. Every time, even on weekends. Simply amazing service. And I'll note again that these were very specific, very detailed questions concerning how we could further customize the APP to fit our specific needs using additional CSS and/or JS. In each case support staff either completed the customization work at no additional charge, or quoted an extremely reasonable price for the customization work. I really can't say enough about this APP. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
