I installed this app on https://www.racquetpoint.com and the app works great. The customer service was very kind and fast. The app is capable of a lot of customizations. I really recommend it.

Thankful for finding this app for my custom sticker shop! I had to uninstall a previous app due to loading issues and other reasons. Dynamic Product Options on the other hand runs very smoothly and is able to calculate complex formulas for my pricing. The backup feature is also very useful and gives me peace of mind. Customer service is also great as everyone mentioned.

Honestly, this app has answered all of my prayers! It is exactly what I needed and the support given by Roman and the team is the best I think I have ever received on Shopify. The app has a somewhat steep learning curve, but the support team went above and beyond to assist me. Given the complexity of my situation, they ensured all settings were configured accurately and customized the options and design for me in just 48 hours. I have honestly tried just about every Product Option app on Shopify's app list , Most have an issue. Some are slow and some just mess up your site. A few I won't mention have terrible customer support.

No other app has the features DPO does , You can link directly to your own stock in seconds so prices are updated along with stock. You can have an option with it's own Qty but more than anything they do things for you that no other company does and without charge and very quickly. I have been with them a few years and I say I will pay but they never charge . Such nice People.

The other great thing is the templates where you can make a template and share it on different products - if a price changes everything gets updated.

Maybe others are better at Marketing their app, but please do yourself a a favour don't mess around with other apps use DPO.

This is one of our most-used apps. We have this setup to calculate customized products on our site. The functionality to write logic and if statements into our price calculations seem pretty limitless. Anytime we have run into an issue, whether with styling or function design, the team has been accommodating and responsive. This app makes our company a lot of money, and we're glad to have found it. On our previous platform, nothing like this existed. We had to have custom development to achieve similar results, which was VERY expensive. DPO is affordable, much more robust, and we can go in and make changes instead of paying an outside DEV team. Win-Win-Win!
