DPO Dynamic Product Options

We have been utilizing this app for more than a year, and the support team has promptly resolved any concerns or requests we have had, making it a great app.

The support for this app was very fast and implemented exactly what I wanted to do. I recommend it to anyone who wants to build custom products!

This app is a hidden gem!!

We searched for over 2 years to find a variant app that would fit our needs as we sell semi-custom products and need expansive variant support that Shopify (nor any other app) has been able to fulfill! We just happened to stumble upon DPO (as it is not one of the usually mentioned suspects when looking for a variant app)!!

Our biggest reason for choosing this app - it won't leave you chasing customers after they have deleted their paid add-on from their cart like other well-touted options apps will, and we have stayed (and likely won't ever leave) because this app has all the bells and whistles...if you can think of it, I bet this app will do it...and a great support team too!

You may need a little time to get this app set up as there are a lot of options, but they do provide good documentation, and it works great, on most themes, right out of the box!

Even when we moved to an EXTREMELY complex theme, their support team worked tirelessly to custom-fit the application into our new theme, and got all of our options looking fantastic again!!

Highly recommend if you have been searching for a variant app to give DPO a try...affordable, has lots of options, and has a support team that is persistent and will get the problem resolved when one arises!!

Absolutely amazing. This is the product options plugin we have all been looking for and it is simply fantastic. The tech support is second to none, Roman was a hero, and the plugin options are so easy and intuitive... I have no complaints at all, and have been looking for a plugin like this for years after using literally every other option available on the Shopify App Store. This plugin is able to go as deep or as simple as you like in terms of product options and customizable look to fit your theme. Could not be happier. Take the dive, you won't regret it!

Our Shopify store required a very unique setup to manage our product pricing. Roman has provided us exceptional service and fast response time. We highly recommend this app.

I am personnally using the ultimate plan as I needed an app to handle a very specific price calculation based on various product options (my store offers sporstwear and sports accessories that B2B customers can customize using specific methods).
It took me some time to get started as this app has so many features and as I had no experience with the language used to edit the formulas. However I received great help from the support team, which took the time to understand my needs and help me out with the issues I had.
The app is really powerfull and Support is always there to help out so I can only recommand that you try it out and see for yourself ! Thanks !

I have recently added some items with multiple options and I realized that I haven't set it up to convert into different currencies. I submitted a ticket and Roman from the support team was able to help out right away. He was able to make the change for me and even suggested that I add a code to make the app load faster on my store. Very helpful!

I installed this app to address some shortcomings in native Shopify. As a new shop owner, I hestitated to add anything that was going to cost $ when I'm only just getting online. But I have to say the improvement to my shop is significant. There were a few hiccups, so I'll start with the CONS first.
CONS:
--I had a bit of a difficult time getting started. While there is documentation, the screen shots did not give examples of how to complete. I'm a visual learner, so this was a bit frustrating at first (although once Roman sent some examples, I caught on pretty quickly).
--When I had a problem, it seemed difficult to communicate the problem so that it was understood by Roman (apparently a one-man shop?) However, see the follow-up to this issue in PROS below.
--I had to upgrade to the PREMIUM version so that my cart didn't look messy. I hated to even PAY for an app, much less UPGRADE right away. However, at the end of the day, I think (hope) the extra $/month will be more than paid for when customers find it easy to add additional related items to their cart.
PROS:
--In spite of the CONS, I did give this app 5 stars. If this is a one-man shop, at least Roman DOES get back to me. And if there do seem to be problems communicating effectiely, Roman keeps at it. Every problem I've had has been addressed to my satisfaction.
--The app itself seems quite elegant, and supremely configurable. Definitely the cleanest and most complete Shopify app I've used.

5 Stars. WORLD-CLASS customer service and application quality.

1) The customer service is REALLY good. Roman, you are the man! They provide US Eastern Time support. And ALWAYS respond within a couple hours. They go above and beyond and have not charged a single penny. I'm a customer for lfie!

2) The app is amazing. Incredibly fast, robust but easy to understand. QUALITY software. Not some junk rushed to try and cash in. This will work for you!

Don't think twice. You've found your app for PRODUCT OPTIONS. No one compares. Not Bold, NO ONE!

10+ stars for one of the best CS and dynamic range of options available. Special thanks to Roman for going the extra mile and helping us solving our problems.
