DPO Dynamic Product Options

My first online store building experience and I am taking it slow trying to make the best decisions on what apps I need to do what I need for my product pages. I took an entire Saturday trying out "product options" apps. I started with the big names that come up first in the app store and and worked my way down the list. This app is buy 1 get 10 free. It does SO MUCH. Spend the few minutes to learn it and you will appreciate even more how its designed. It has one of the best (in depth) user guides as well. Lastly I had extra "wants" for how some of my features looked, so while still on my trial version I requested a free customization (actually 3). Roman reached out in less than 24 hours and exceeded my expectations and I hadn't even been a paying customer yet. This left me warm and fuzzy! This app works.

I had many questions before I purchased the app and they answered every single one. After purchasing the app they set up everything for me and I did not have to do a single thing. Great app! Great support! Thank you guys for doing great work!

If you need customs options, this is the one to use! A little tricky to start, but as I say, support is fast and great.

Really good customization app. Has been able to achieve everything we need and support tickets are responded to usually the same day.

It is a bit tricky to get used to the user interface but after a bit of playing around any computer adept store owner should be able to figure out the basics. This app supports custom HTML elements in the product options, making it possible to customize it any way you like.

All of the custom pricing works perfectly and IT ACTUALLY WORKS unlike all of the other product options apps. It's very fast to load, even on mobile devices.

So far the app has had 100% uptime and only a few minor glitches when they are optimizing the app code, if you encounter any glitches the support team will help you right away.

A very good app for the money.

We initially found this app because we were looking for the ability for a user to input a custom width and height and for the price to change accordingly based off that custom user input. This app allows us to do that - and more! We are now using this app for all of our product customization needs. This app saved us from having to spend $1000's of dollars on a custom app solution. Roman is always responsive and has a solution for everything. This app is a total life-saver and game-changer for us.

This app has the best support. Ramon fixed all issues and answered all questions we have got. Support so important for apps and JUST BUY THIS APP. You will not regret it. This app can do absolutely anything you can imagine and the best thing is the support. 10/10. Highly recommended. Buy it, Buy it. Just buy it. We have had so many support tickets sent and each one of them answered perfectly. All issues were solved completely with no questions asked. VERY VERY happy & satisfied with the support given. Support is excellent and so are the features - I had quite an extensive list of requirements but I only needed to go to the "Standard" plan so I wonder what else is available on the additional two tiers! I would have preferred a feature to set the look and feel without coding for quick changes but Roman on support was happy enough to make these changes anyway. I don't like the way the additional price is displayed on the app but I am looking for a way round this now, it's certainly not a deal breaker.

Our company is building a new website on the Shopify platform, and we were having an issue with cost added variants updating the new price of an item when an option was selected. It wouldn't show until you added it to cart. Thankfully, Roman was on point, very efficient and fixed the issue in less than a couple hours! This function displaying properly, in real-time, was a vital component in deciding if we were going to keep the app after the trial period. And yes, we will be moving forward with this app! I've used a lot of product options apps and this is easily the best and most versatile. the support is bar-none. Roman and the team are amazing! highly recommend this app. Tons of flexibility.

I dont usually write reviews, but when I do, im fair and square! If you are struggling with options and option forms in general then read this review cause you wont understand things fully until you read all of it.

For starters we had our online store with Shopify for over a year, sadly there are many apps out there that destroy your performance, slow down your website or simply do a half job.

First of all 99% of options apps dont allow a discount code to be implemented but this one actually does. This is also the only app that i promise you doesnt even ask you to install anything lmao.

The last option app we used took us over 4 hours to install and we gave up contacted support and waited 2 days because of the time difference. Not this one!

Those guys respond from 7am pst to 4pm pst, im not against anyone located outside our zone, but im against responding in 48 hours even though you chose a North American Market. They even have a build in Ticketing software, and they respond with good and helpful solutions.

I asked for hard coding cause i got greedy how good this app is and they still satisfied me.

I strongly recommend the $29 version because it will help you with templates.

They also have a really really nice documentation to help you step by step.

Ladies and Gents, this is it, if you dont want to waste more money on things that dont work, give those guys a try.

I know for sure this app will get over 1k reviews within a year or less.
