Amazing customer support and the app works great. Exactly what I'm looking for. Roman is so quick to respond and answer all of my questions in a timely manner.

Excellent app quality and support service. Roman is able to resolve our promotion issues within a short time and has helped us to set up what are required to get a complex promotion running by using this app. Indeed, if one is familiar with this app, this app can cover at least 3-4 other marketing/ promotion apps in the market, which saved us from a LOT of headache. For compatibility with theme, he always help us to resolve quickly and let us know what amendments he has made.

Highly recommended, and if possible we'd buy Roman a beer.

UPDATE: Don't use the feature "Hide SKU from Cart and Order." It will make your reporting completely useless later on. The app has been great up to this point, but after realizing I can't pull accurate reports for this past four months, I'm upset that that feature did not come with a warning because I thought I was just making packing slips easier to read, not completely removing data. it said "hide," not "remove from reporting existence." The solution was to subscribe to ANOTHER paid app to get the reports since Shopify can't natively pull the data. I'm disappointed because the app has been great except for this, which is VERY important to our business operations. I'm not going to remove my 5 stars due to previous service, but I think this is important for other users to know.

ORIGINAL: I've honestly never liked the line, "I'd give it 10 stars if I could!" After working with Dynamic Product Options I can understand why people would say this. Yes, I would give it 10 stars if I could. I was asked to help migrate a store to Shopify, but the lack of options with regards to the "options" was depressing. The store I worked on sells items that can be purchased separately or as part of a bundle. If purchased as part of a bundle, the inventory had to be tracked correctly, and allow for the easy updating of items and prices as needed. I spent many weeks searching through Apps to find something that, quite honestly, should be a standard feature in Shopify. The folks that wrote this App have done an amazing job. I'm not a programmer, but I can tell they thought of future expansion and the one-off needs of customers who use the App. The support I've received from DPO in regards to this App has been top notch. Unless it's something in the Shopify code that prevents it, the support people have helped me get everything working in the way the client wanted.

Dynamic Product Options takes Shopify to the next level for stores that need to go beyond simple variants. The support from Roman is fast, accurate and helpful. Highly recommended.

I use this App to define multiple variants for each product. The App runs very smoothly. It was relatively easy to set it up and every time I had a question, the support team helped in a timely manner. They even wrote a few additional codes to further customize my store. I would have given them 10 stars if I could :)

Stop looking at any other product options app and install this one! We tried pretty much every options app on the app store and nothing even comes close to the flexibility and power of this.

This is an awesome app. Easy to setup and use. I had it figured out and the first product with 6 options set and ready to go in 15 min. Had a glitch with quantities, opened a support ticket and a few minutes later received a message that it was fixed. Highly recommend.

I've used this app for about 2 years and love it. We use this app to dynamically build print-on-demand SKUs based on the customer inputs. We have tens of thousands of possible customization options so this app spares us the HUGE pain of creating all combinations in Shopify. Instead it just creates a temporary variant based on the customer's selection and then cleans up after itself when the order is completed. The developer is also quite responsive whenever we've asked for a fix or a way to make particular updates. He's even worked in some of our feature requests over time.

This is really a MUST HAVE APP for every one who needs advanced product options. Hopefully the APP will have much more positive reviews in the future. At first sight, it seems a bit difficult to handle which has to do with the really incredible possibilities you will have with this app. But there is a very good written instruction manual that helps you to understand soon. We asked some things to the support directly (also during the trial-time) and they solved and helped us in a very soon and friendly way. TOP APP! Thanks! Stefan
