Support for this app is BY FAR the best around. I was a happy "bold" customer for years until they changed their support reply time to 3-5 biz days...WITH THE DYNAMIC PRODUCT OPTIONS we had a RESOLUTION IN 30mins after submitting the ticket. And non stop helpful replies since. I fully vouch for this company!

5 star for both the app and customer support. App feature has made all kinds of discounts flexible and customer support Roman is always very helpful, able to get problems solved straight to the point.

This app deserves 6 stars. I’ve wanted this functionality on my website for years, but didn’t know where to start and expected it to be much more complicated and expensive than it really was, thanks to Dynamic Product Options. I installed and configured every similar Shopify app, and DPO is far and away the best. Other apps appeared to be more user-friendly on the back-end, but the options were limited, and they stuck out like a sore thumb on the front-end. DPO integrates perfectly on my site, and the back-end is actually much more intuitive than I expected. I rely heavily on the pricing formulas, and customer support has helped me get everything configured and working beautifully. This is going to make ordering custom products from my website fun for customers, and I’m so so happy that we finally figured this out!

UPDATE: I'm still thrilled with this app and learning more available functionality. Our team gives product demos to prospective clients, selecting customization options on the product page. We needed a way to share their selections with them after the demo so they could add it to their cart and checkout. I looked for other apps to achieve this, but couldn't find anything. Then asked Roman if there was any chance DPO could do it, and he set it up for me!

We wouldn't have a store without this app! Support is quick and extremely helpful. We make a theme switch and the support made it seamless.

We are commercial office furniture supplier and we need a solution for unlimited options for the various items we sell. The Dynamic Options app enabled us to do that and more. At first, this app seemed a little overkill for what we needed for our small bean-to-bar chocolate business. However, some hit-and-miss reviews for many of the alternatives out there (who wants their website broken?) plus glowing reviews for Roman's customer support led us this way. Just a few days in, and we know we made the right decision. The app does everything we need it to (with much more in the tank for when we need additional functionality), plus Roman has already helped tweak the app for our site and made speed improvement suggestions (that REALLY work). Bottom line? Get this app. I only wish we'd done it sooner.

This is just the APP we have been looking for we were able to customize things just right. Great assistance and support. Highly recommend.
