DPO Dynamic Product Options

I needed an app that could link product options to inventory and this app proved perfect. The customer support is also amazing. For example, I sell a case of jam (12 jars) where the customer can choose their mix of flavors. I couldn't figure out how to make sure the customer could not make a mistake and choose less or more than 12 jars. Customer support quickly helped out even writing a snippet of code so things worked exactly how I wanted them to. Excellent app. Excellent support.

The features cover all my needs and more. I find the price plans very reasonable. The best of all is the quick and very competent support I had from Itoris everytime I contacted them. Keep the great job.

We have tried many different product options apps, this one is my favourite, it does everything you would expect and more.
Roman provided clear and helpful assistance, ensuring the app worked well for our extensive requirements. We made many customisations which required additional set up over an extended period and we always received prompt replies to our messages.
The user interface seemed daunting at first, but because it can do so much. It allows for really quick and easy control over how you use the customisations. It is made in a really clever way, and once you have gone through setting up a couple of options it is really easy to use.

I know it's cliche but I wish I could give six stars! Support is phenomenal and the final result is super slick, exactly how I imagined it.

DPO is a very well thought out, designed, flexible and powerful tool. We had complex DIY products to build, with hundreds of images, weights, prices, SKUs based on options and combinations of options. Roman walked us through the possibilities and provided helpful Javascript and CSS snippets and suggestions along the way. We were able to create these products quickly and efficiently with very satisfactory results. I totally recommend DPO for advanced product options.

We have run over 10+ Shopify stores and so many apps to power them. Some of our stores do over $10M+ in revenue so we have a high requirement threshold for the apps we use. In the end, customer service is king. We have used and looked through several variant apps on Shopify. This is bar far the best out there. Roman in support has been quick to all my support inquiries. We have asked lots of questions and needed some customization and it was all done at lightning-fast speed and the work they do is PHENOMENAL. Going to use this on another store and will leave another review on that store. Great app, great company and great support

I installed this app on https://www.racquetpoint.com and the app works great. The customer service was very kind and fast. The app is capable of a lot of customizations. I really recommend it.

This app deserves 6 stars. I’ve wanted this functionality on my website for years, but didn’t know where to start and expected it to be much more complicated and expensive than it really was, thanks to Dynamic Product Options. I installed and configured every similar Shopify app, and DPO is far and away the best. Other apps appeared to be more user-friendly on the back-end, but the options were limited, and they stuck out like a sore thumb on the front-end. DPO integrates perfectly on my site, and the back-end is actually much more intuitive than I expected. I rely heavily on the pricing formulas, and customer support has helped me get everything configured and working beautifully. This is going to make ordering custom products from my website fun for customers, and I’m so so happy that we finally figured this out!

UPDATE: I'm still thrilled with this app and learning more available functionality. Our team gives product demos to prospective clients, selecting customization options on the product page. We needed a way to share their selections with them after the demo so they could add it to their cart and checkout. I looked for other apps to achieve this, but couldn't find anything. Then asked Roman if there was any chance DPO could do it, and he set it up for me!
