The features cover all my needs and more. I find the price plans very reasonable. The best of all is the quick and very competent support I had from Itoris everytime I contacted them. Keep the great job.
The app is very detailed, flexible and easy to use. We are using the premium version to meet our complex pricing needs. We had a speed issue and Roman immediately responded and solved it. 100% Recommended!
100% the most in depth and flexible product options app.
We have tried many different product options apps, this one is my favourite, it does everything you would expect and more.
Roman provided clear and helpful assistance, ensuring the app worked well for our extensive requirements. We made many customisations which required additional set up over an extended period and we always received prompt replies to our messages.
The user interface seemed daunting at first, but because it can do so much. It allows for really quick and easy control over how you use the customisations. It is made in a really clever way, and once you have gone through setting up a couple of options it is really easy to use.
I know it's cliche but I wish I could give six stars! Support is phenomenal and the final result is super slick, exactly how I imagined it.
I tried other apps, but would highly highly recommend to choose this one for product options needs!
DPO is a very well thought out, designed, flexible and powerful tool. We had complex DIY products to build, with hundreds of images, weights, prices, SKUs based on options and combinations of options. Roman walked us through the possibilities and provided helpful Javascript and CSS snippets and suggestions along the way. We were able to create these products quickly and efficiently with very satisfactory results. I totally recommend DPO for advanced product options.
We have run over 10+ Shopify stores and so many apps to power them. Some of our stores do over $10M+ in revenue so we have a high requirement threshold for the apps we use. In the end, customer service is king. Dynamic Product Product options not only has THE BEST product options app in the marketplace but they easily have THE BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT of any app we've used. We have used and looked through several variant apps on Shopify. This is bar far the best out there. Roman in support has been quick to all my support inquiries. We have asked lots of questions and needed some customization and it was all done at lightning-fast speed and the work they do is PHENOMENAL. Going to use this on another store and will leave another review on that store. Great app, great company and great support
I installed this app on https://www.racquetpoint.com and the app works great. The customer service was very kind and fast. The app is capable of a lot of customizations. I really recommend it.
Just Skip the Other Pricing Apps. For real.
Would've saved ourselves a lot of time and headaches just starting with this one. The customization really is unlimited. Tiered pricing, every kind of counter you could need for variable pricing based on almost anything, calculated formulas, dependencies, etc.
All of this is great and the support is just as great as well. All parts of your questions/requests get answered, not just the easy ones like we experienced elsewhere and then had to send another message for those. There's also an extensive documentation section with descriptions, guides, and detailed instructions (with pictures).
10/10 would recommend!!!!! The app covers the bases that Shopify does not! As for customer service, it's next level. Roman is outstanding, immediate with replies and so incredibly helpful. A big thank you to the Itoris team!!
