DPO Dynamic Product Options

Excellent App, Roman is a genius! The support team helped us quickly to customize our product configuration page.

UPDATE: Don't use the feature "Hide SKU from Cart and Order." It will make your reporting completely useless later on. The app has been great up to this point, but after realizing I can't pull accurate reports for this past four months, I'm upset that that feature did not come with a warning because I thought I was just making packing slips easier to read, not completely removing data. it said "hide," not "remove from reporting existence." The solution was to subscribe to ANOTHER paid app to get the reports since Shopify can't natively pull the data. I'm disappointed because the app has been great except for this, which is VERY important to our business operations. I'm not going to remove my 5 stars due to previous service, but I think this is important for other users to know.

ORIGINAL: I've honestly never liked the line, "I'd give it 10 stars if I could!" After working with Dynamic Product Options I can understand why people would say this. Yes, I would give it 10 stars if I could. I was asked to help migrate a store to Shopify, but the lack of options with regards to the "options" was depressing. The store I worked on sells items that can be purchased separately or as part of a bundle. If purchased as part of a bundle, the inventory had to be tracked correctly, and allow for the easy updating of items and prices as needed. I spent many weeks searching through Apps to find something that, quite honestly, should be a standard feature in Shopify. The folks that wrote this App have done an amazing job. I'm not a programmer, but I can tell they thought of future expansion and the one-off needs of customers who use the App. The support I've received from DPO in regards to this App has been top notch. Unless it's something in the Shopify code that prevents it, the support people have helped me get everything working in the way the client wanted.

The app is very powerful and easy to navigate through. However, I did get stuck with some custom syntax and needed to contact support. They were amazing, intuitive and quick to respond. Thanks Roman.

I continue to learn how to use this app to add flexible pricing options. The most flexible pricing app I use. Many options to choose. Their support has been very good, especially when you need to help with how the items and/or pricing is applied. Roman was really prompt in assisting with formatting the look of columns of products.

The app is great and offers a LOT of different and advanced options so it should suit pretty much everyone! We haven't had any problem with the app in the past year we've been using it. Customers also like our customization options in the store.

Dynamic Product Options is AMAZING! Our products are pretty complicated, with a lot of customization options AND tier pricing. We have tried so. many. different apps and either nothing else would do everything we needed, or it was overly complicated, ugly, and impossible to update. Dynamic Product Options, on the other hand, is highly customizable yet still easy to use and we can update pricing/options easily. Customer Service (Roman) is beyond incredible – I cannot say enough good things about him! He responds incredibly quickly, is friendly, and has great suggestions for us too. We actually have two websites and plan to migrate the other to Dynamic Product Options ASAP.

Seriously, don't even bother with other apps. This is the one!

So happy I found this app. Had tried about 5 or 6 and was starting to lose hope. Works great and the support is the best I have come across. I now use it across multiple stores. Initially, maybe not the easiest to use interface but once you get used to it and learn the functionality it's fine.

This app is awesome. And the customer service is top notch.
