The app and the customer support team is amazing (Especially Roman). It's a little tough to get set up, but there's a comprehensive manual as well as fantastic customer support. Roman helped me get my product options and custom size option looking exactly the way I wanted, he always ready to help us out from any type of problems.

Amazing app, works perfect for us! We sell tubes that we sawn to size. With this app the customer can directly add any size they want. We also use this for advertising-frames and furniture. This is all custom made, with this app they fill in any size, material, and color they want. They add some upsell products and can upload all the needed files. Also many thanks to the amazing support, Roman you are really good and helpful. In the app you can easily add a support ticket. The replies are fast and directly have the answer we are looking for. We needed an app to show all the selections/customized options of our products. After testing through more than 10 apps, we chose Dynamic Product Options. The app was easy to use and the user manual was professionally written and organized.
We then needed some supports to customize buttons and rearrange the images to fit our need. After opening a ticket, Roman was amazingly efficient and proactive in getting it done. We are very happy with the app and the support services.

This app is very feature rich and has catered well for all of our dynamic pricing requirements. Roman was very quick with supporting us when we raised a ticket.

I'm using this app on several stores now, it is extremely flexible and powerful and works a treat. The support from Roman is top notch. Quick, informative and answers any questions I have had. Might be a little bit more than other option apps, but well worth it.

What can I say. A beautifully designed app. Clever and highly functional. The support is excellent and provided by someone who I imagine wrote the app. Being able to add javascript or css on a global or page level is a joy. It just works very, very well and if it doesn't the Itoris team will soon sort it. Top work.

DPO is incredibly powerful and customisable - it is absolutely essential for our product (customisable wallpaper), without it we would have had great difficulties trying to develop something anywhere near as good. I had to request help from support a few times - this was super easy and done directly from the app - Roman from DPO always replied almost immediately, very friendly and extremely helpful + competent. I have recommended DPO to several of our reseller customers for these reasons.
