This app has been great, we've used other apps in the past and this one offers better flexibility, feature set and customer service.

This is the best app I've used on shopify, hands down. If you need custom options for your products, custom pricing this app is great. You can fully customize a product page with any possible option, swatch, radio, dropdown, text, etc. and there are also div/html elements which you can fully customize into anything you want. I've tried 3 other options/calculator apps before I found DPO. All of the others did some things well but I always ended up hitting a wall of limitations. When I found DPO, it was a bit hard to learn at first, but that's because there are literally no limitations. Thankfully their support (Ramon) is super knowledgeable and were able to solve every single one of my questions and issues, and very timely too. Really the support is top notch, I can't say enough. This app is a gem, I almost don't want to leave this review and attract my competition, but seriously the level of support offered from Ramon, I have to share.

We've been using Dynamic Product Options for a while now and the it's an awesome app but what's even better is the customer support. I've NEVER had a developer respond in a manner that this staff does. Typically you get a response from other devs with "another question" or a canned response to read their docs...which doesn't always help - not these guys. Not only do they respond quickly but they resolve any issue you may have and they even gave us ideas to set up our options in a better manner than we were trying to go with in the first place. Very happy with the support and the app is very robust and does what it says and more actually! We installed other apps to do this job and really it was a waste of time. Don't even look at the other options on the app store lol - the 5 star rating here is 100% why we went with them and why we will stay.

I had a special request from a client to build a super custom calculator with multiple variables, conditions and pricing formulas to be implemented in an easy to order manner for the customer. This was safely assumed to be a highly tailored project which seemed daunting to develop from scratch.

I exhaustively researched for hundreds of hours, in hopes to find specifically a shopify solution. I tried EVERYTHING available and communicated with every app provider.

Dynamic Product Options surpassed all other apps and solutions by far. The installation was straightforward, however there is detailed documentation. Furthermore, if you are not an expert in coding or configuring, the support team responds promptly. Not only does the support team respond within a reasonable time frame, the advice and implementation are performed by coding gurus.

I have just started using this app but it has already been a positive experience. I tried other apps to help create custom bundles and they created issues at checkout with confusing redundant line item text. Roman (the developer) has been super helpful and has even customized a number of things for me that have made the app just perfect for us. I feel comfortable that the app is well supported and if I need help he will be there.

I initially was hesitant with this app because I was afraid that the app itself was going to cost more than my Shopify subscriptions. However I decided to give it a trial and then discovered its power. But the real treat came when I created a support ticket and was given prompt and invaluable help, even while still a trial customer. I have since signed up and the subscription is worth every penny.

Of the many apps that I have searched for and tested, this is by FAR the most reliable. It simply has always out-performed any other for comparison. Our product can't be presented with complex options and so many permutations without this app. Good documentation, tutorial guidance, and efficiently designed code is an absolute must and Roman always comes thru!!! App provides a built-in conditional filter in presenting options that would make it easier for customers to select options. The support is great and Roman responds almost immediately which is amazing considering the time zone differences. His solutions are smart, concise, and bulletproof. I'm most grateful that I can trust his high ethical and work standards.

I wanted to wait until our shop went live before leaving a review. We only have 4 main products but each has between 150 and 650 variations -- we make them to order. Itoris Support went above and beyond expectations. From the initial set up, to helping with clear instructions on setting up all those variants, to helping with a hiccup or two once we launched. I would highly recommend this app. PLUS, one of the very few out there that will allow an option/variable to subtract from your "main" price.
