I have been using this app for about a year and it is one of my favourites. It is easy to use and not only keeps my website well organised and tidy by moving all my out of stock products to the bottom of the collections, it also helps with SEO as a well sorted collection page means more user engagement. I was previously trying to do this manually so it saves me hours of time each week.
The app allows you to write you own "recipes"/algorithms for sorting products in collections and it is flexible enough to cover all bases which can be especially tricky as a business moves through seasonalities and new items come in to replace last seasons big sellers.
The support is second to none. I have had one single issue in the year I have used the app and Wade stepped in and fixed the issue for me within minutes of reporting it.
I would highly recommend trying this app. I believe there is still a free trial or free plan which allows you to test your biggest collection to see how you go. I couldn't do without it now!

Found it on the app store...the UI looked average but I thought we would give it a whirl. Bottom line: this app is a sleeping giant. Our biggest app frustration is we can never get as deep as we want or get pushed into a box where the app wants us... not here. I am not super techie so it took a few hours to get the hang of it, but when I did it BLEW MY MIND. We have thousands of styles and merchandising them in a meaningful way is a full time job so they kept getting neglected. This took the burden away, I set up of different Metrix for our major categories and I can sleep at night without being worried my collections are messed up or wonky. You can drive down so deep, it spits our ranking right where I need them without me having to be worried. I have had to use their support chat a few times and they are on it.... way better than the normal app support I get. I am on the middle tier, but thinking of moving to the top... I bet most stores would get all they need in the middle.
Dynasort app has been a great addition for the Dakine store. We use this app to help merchandise collections. I'm able to easily assign attributes to product data, resulting in bringing newness & best sellers to the front of collection pages. This is a dynamic tool that can be customized to your merchandising plan!
Dynasort is a merchandising life saver! Not only does it save time from having to do the work manually but the metrics actually do a better job than we could do manually. I love that you can get very granular if that suites your needs but you can also keep things more generic for collections that call for it. Highly recommend adding this app!
