The videos uploads stopped working and I haven't been able to contact Dynavi for almost a month.
Tried via Phone, Contact Form, Email. No response.
My Success Manager from Shopify reached out to them to no avail and recommended another app.
Very disappointed that we could not continue using this app due to their team being off the planet
App does what I want it to but don't expect much help from their support team. One of the most unresponsive I've ever found on Shopify.
Current presentation of video allows the user to go to youtube, see related videos and otherwise distract from conversion. Solve those problems and this product would be a winner.

Do you want to make money with Shopify? If so then you need to have this app. The customer service is absolutely top notch and the app itself has driven a ton of sales. Customers want to not only see the product, and every angle of the product. But a video, a video creates a dream that will convert. At BikiniLuxe we use this app constantly to show case not only our products but our videos as well. Highly recommended for not only its functionality but the conversions it leads to as well. A+++++

Great app that fits our very specific needs. The support was amazing as well. We had an issue arise and within an hour of talking with the support at Dynavi the issue was resolved. Very pro. Love it.
I have used several video hosting interfaces for websites. This is by far the easiest to use and their customer service is excellent. At a very affordable monthly rate I can host videos for our kinetic artwork. I use Vimeo professional to upload videos and then share the URL in Dynavi. Cut and paste...that's it! So easy.
The support and level of interest we received from Asaff Broide at Dynavi was superb. Asaff was at all times open to "ideas / discussion" and helped whenever and wherever possible. What impressed me the most was his honesty and he would be clear if something was not possible or if an error had occurred due to the server instead of one spending hours trying to figure out the problem. Thank you Asaff and Dynavi.
