The merchant's response time is exceptionally fast; they communicate via WhatsApp and address issues with great promptness. They are capable of providing concrete solutions to specific problems. As an application for managing product warranties, it serves its purpose quite well—especially for a store in its initial launch phase.

We have had a great experience using Dyrect warranty app to register products and manage our warranty records. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, making it simple for both our team and customers to register products and track warranty information efficiently.

The support from the account manager has also been excellent. They are highly responsive whenever we require assistance or advice, and they even took the initiative to sit down with us to explore and develop new functions tailored to our needs. Their proactive support and willingness to collaborate have made the overall experience very positive.

Before this platform our warranty registration and claim management used to be scattered across emails and spreadsheets. Now with Dyrect everything is in single dashboard. Plus, the Shopify coupon integration has been a useful addition for driving registrations and repeat purchases. support team was also responsive and helped us throughout implementation.
