After paying $300 up front, $55 for 1 month, and being given a guarantee, Michelle was unable to complete the task she was hired for. I then requested the refund per the guarantee and only received a partial, $100, hence the 2 stars.
This company would be fine for a much smaller and simpler operation.

Would not recommend. Very hard to get someone on the phone.
