EAS EU & UK Compliance

I was very happy to find this app so that I can sell my digital products to countries in the EU and be compliant with the latest VAT legislation. This was the only solution I could find without paying a huge monthly fee to an intermediary company. I like the fact that, apart from the reasonable monthly fee, you are just charged a percentage per transaction. Although I am just starting out using EAS I am sure that this will save a lot of time, money and headaches!
The onboarding process was very simple and efficient, therefore I am really pleased with this app and the service received from the EAS team so far. I would definitely recommend EAS to other businesses wishing to sell to the EU.

Reviewing based on the setup so far, but WOW. That was such a smooth process for something that is intimidating and complicated to deal with as a small business owner. If not for this app, I would probably just have to say I couldn't sell into the EU.

Totally awesome on many levels! Firstly, the best tech support we have ever experienced! Cannot speak highly enough of the team at EAS, they have been invaluable during the integration process and managed it from start to finish for us (THANK YOU!!) They have been happy to answer follow up questions really quickly while we get used to things.
Also awesome is the EAS system, it's exactly what we need to manage IOSS sales into Europe. Real-time dashboard pulling EU sales directly from our store we can see instantly our IOSS VAT liability at any time and associated EAS fees - peace of mind and minimum admin, no daily sales uploads, no hassle...we're so pleased to have found this solution. It's taken us 18 months of waiting for exactly this!
We recommend taking the option for the EAS team to do the integration for you as there are lots of moving parts. They also provide a really useful document after the integration detailing all the settings changes made to your store so you know exactly what's been done should you ever need to know. I hope EAS becomes the standard for Shopify stores wanting to sell into Europe using IOSS VAT.

BEST APP ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE TO DATE! The team at EAS are incredibly helpful. Before installing I had quite a few questions which were answered quickly by the team. I received the IOSS number the same day I submitted the requested documents. The team at EAS then helped with the installation and checked that it all was working properly before giving us the green light. I then had a few more questions with regards to orders over €150 which the CEO of the company and I spoke on the phone about! Would definitely recommend it, the onboarding has been fantastic and I am sure the app will also work well.
