We have been using EAS's services for a few years now. Their systems work flawlessly, and the customer services is fantastic. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Absolutely excellent app and customer service: Teemu and the team made the difficult and confusing process of selling into EU very understandable and easy to implement, and their response and advice is clear, detailed and very generous

EAS has helped simply something that would otherwise be a lot of hassle. I am suprised by how prompt and helpful responses are from Teemu and team. Even with the introduction of U.S. tariffs, EAS Project have made sure our taxes are set up properly. Shopify should really offer its own IOSS service, but as they dont EAS Project are the only service we would use to make taxes a EU breeze. - Allan

Only thing is I wish that it was a bit easier and cheaper to pay via paypal - I get many orders via paypal and converting currency many times is expensive. But that's more of a paypal issue I guess.
Working with EAS has been fantastic. They feel like a small team but deliver first class service even to a small player like us. Attentive, responsive and easy to deal with, I don't know how we would have navigated the EU and UK taxes without them.

I am very pleased indeed with this app and the fabulous customer service too! My IOSS application became complicated (I think due to me having half registered previously) This meant my application took a little longer than it usually does (mine was an unusual situation, as I understand it usually the process is very quick and smooth) but the customer service and regular updates I recived during this time meant I felt well informed and very reassured that my registration was in very safe hands. Now I am registered for IOSS and the app works perfectly. I had a question about invoicing and this was answered promptly and very thoroughly. I honestly could not be happier with this app and the help I have received from the staff.

After a few teething problems, EAS has gone above and beyond to help ensure my EU orders are processed easily and has been available to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend them.

Such an easy 5 star review. The exact system we'd been looking for, to make our EU orders easier with customs. We've already seen the difference in customer service, with our orders flying through customs via IOSS and arriving quicker with the tax fees handled upfront. The onboarding was superb too. We had a few quirks to deal with (we sell some books with zero VAT, but they're not always zero rated in the EU) and the team configured everything for us and got us all up and running with the minimum effort from us. Thank you!
