After integrating with this service, i have lost sales pending cost of living crises customer needs must come first before this app, interfered with the customer experience on checkout, customers where blocked from leaving messages at checkouts leaving us with complaints and risking negative reviews on sites like trust pilot, it was not worth the time and hassle, and took to long to resolve any issues, this not something I think is right for my business as there are far to many bugs to deal with I hope this service does improve as it stands I'm not impressed.

We apologise for your poor experience. We have not received such feedback and our solution is running on a number of stores without any known issues. Due to your product group, the solution installed on your store differs slightly from standard which inevitably makes the whole more complicated. But as we have not been informed of any current issues, we appreciate any feedback.

We hate to see you go and we would appreciate a possibility to remedy the situation. We hope you can give us 24 hours and we promise to have all issues resolved.
