EAS EU & UK Compliance

Totally awesome on many levels! Firstly, the best tech support we have ever experienced! Cannot speak highly enough of the team at EAS, they have been invaluable during the integration process and managed it from start to finish for us (THANK YOU!!) They have been happy to answer follow up questions really quickly while we get used to things.
Also awesome is the EAS system, it's exactly what we need to manage IOSS sales into Europe. Real-time dashboard pulling EU sales directly from our store we can see instantly our IOSS VAT liability at any time and associated EAS fees - peace of mind and minimum admin, no daily sales uploads, no hassle...we're so pleased to have found this solution. It's taken us 18 months of waiting for exactly this!
We recommend taking the option for the EAS team to do the integration for you as there are lots of moving parts. They also provide a really useful document after the integration detailing all the settings changes made to your store so you know exactly what's been done should you ever need to know. I hope EAS becomes the standard for Shopify stores wanting to sell into Europe using IOSS VAT.

It almost seems too easy! EU and UK VAT has always seemed difficult as an e-commerce business in Australia, and after reading the positive reviews on EAS I decided to give them a go.
The team has been fantastic - they had my store set-up and ready to go with our IOSS in no time, and the customer service and support has been second to none.
The entire integration process has been seamless and has streamlined EU & UK VAT in a way that makes it entirely accessible to anyone.
I'm yet to have my first VAT return submitted so I haven't followed the entire process through from start to finish, however first impression is that EAS has well and truly earned their positive reviews. I would recommend this to other e-commerce businesses looking for an EU/UK VAT solution.

One of the most helpful teams I've seen in my life. I know that sounds like a very exaggerated sentence, but it really is true. They have multiple services that help you if you have any questions, the support team is so helpful and insightful, and the process to download or do anything yourself comes with multiple pages from their with DETAILED step by steps so you don't get confused.
But most of the work is done by the team.
The actual service they provide has lifted a weight off my shoulders. I use this for shipping from US to EU and have had this app for around 3 months; I can honestly say I don't know what I would've done if this app didn't exist.

A great app that does what shopify cannot, provide a way to use IOSS (International One Stop Shop) on a shopify store that is based in the EU and sends goods to EU customers from outside the EU. I have nothing but praise for the EAS team.
The registration process, onboarding and set up was handled very smoothly, quickly and professionally by them.
I would recommend using their App and offer of free set up and installation for your store.
