Easify Box Bundle Builder BYOB

We have been Easify customers for a year, with the Easify Options, Easify Inventory Sync and Easify Box Builder triage. We are extremely happy with the super responsive customer service, which will go above and beyond to provide support, listen to feedback and create customizations when possible. They are attentive and really listen to customers' needs and suggestions. The whole Easify ecosystem is truly amazing.

I was having problems with getting my first Box live on my website, so I tried the 24/7 support link in the Box Bundle App, expecting it to be a useless Bot. Pleasant surprise, it was a real person, Anne, even at 10p.m. on Saturday, and she sorted out my issues really quickly. Super impressive. And the Easify Box Bundle Builder is awesome. More than 5* if possible, for Easify and Anne.

It’s an excellent app for creating amazing box offers. I mainly installed it for the “buy any X for X price” type of offer, and it’s been working perfectly. Also, I’ve never seen better customer support in any other app. They took my issue seriously, made every effort to resolve it, and kept me updated throughout. If there were an option to give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

I was struggling with using Easify and had several issues I needed help with. I was able to chat with Mari. Mari was just fantastic; she understood the problem and not only solved it, but clearly explained why it was happening.
She was patient, and Mari thoroughly knows how Easify products work, and it was such a great help. I have made progress in getting all my bundles working.

Great app with a great support team! I had some design requests that needed some code and the team quickly came in and added everything for me. I'm impressed on how much this app has to offer, especially for being a FREE app - you cannot ask for anything else!

Really customizable app; kind of hard to navigate how to change template colors, but Tracy (customer service rep) was very responsive & helpful.
