We've been using Easify Product Options for over a year mainly as a build your own multi pack, and have been consistently impressed, so we were excited to try this new app from the same team. For our use case, it feels like Easify Options 2.0, packed with more advanced features and perfect for building multi-step box builders or more complex product flows. While it’s still early and missing a few customization options, the foundation is solid, and we’re looking forward to seeing how it evolves. Can’t wait to explore more as new features roll out!

There are many bundling apps out there but this is a great app for delivering something new in allowing customers to pick and choose and create own bundles by doing mix n match. This feature is not available in most other apps. Also the multi-step feature is great feature

I've been using Easify Options on our store for a while now and the team has always been quick to respond and super helpful. When I saw they had released the Box Builder app, I figured I would give it a try. I have been looking for a way to add a customization system to our survival kits we sell, and this looked like it might do the trick
So far, the app is intuitive and easy to use. For being a brand new release, I was surprised at how fast and light the app was. The box building experience was responsive, quick and easy to use. The UX is great, especially since the recent update which fixed my only complaint involving the mobile version. Now, even on mobile the UX is super clean. I'm excited to see all the new features start to roll out as they polish it up even more and add capabilities such as page customization.

We’ve had a really great experience with Easify’s Box Builder team. In the past, they’ve always been responsive, kept us in the loop when working with their dev team, and helped solve every issue we’ve brought to them. Their service is fast, everyone is super friendly, and we also use their other app (which we love). Highly recommend!

The perfect app for complex product needs – and amazing support!
Easy Box has been a game-changer for our store. We had several specific requirements that no other app could fully address, but Easy Box solved all of them effortlessly. Among others:
• Custom fields that adapt dynamically based on product variants
• Bundle logic with different information displayed depending on the selection
• An ok design
• Full multi-language support, which is essential for our markets
• Accurate inventory tracking across all variants
• Output organized by SKU, making stock and order management seamless
The support team is super fast, responsive, and truly helpful every time we needed assistance.
There are still a couple of improvements we’d love to see:
• Colors are displayed as pills, not visual swatches, which doesn’t match the design language of our website
• The “From X€” pricing needs to be set manually – it would be amazing if it updated automatically during sales or promotions
• Have a more customisable desing
That said, this app has allowed us to launch product configurations we couldn’t have done otherwise. Highly recommended if you have complex needs and value solid support.

This is a really good app, we're still learning what it can do and applying it to ease the customer journey on our store.
Good support, it took a couple of days but they found and fixed a bug that was stopping it working.
The only negative I'd have is that it does take up alot of screen space so even on a laptop the UX could be better and on a mobile screen (80% of our traffic) the screen design means you can't even see 2 products properly. But in fairness I've not asked them to look at this yet so they might be able to improve that too.
The boxbuilder app is amazing! We have been using the easify options for a year and while that is a great app our options were so many (Over 200 hundred photos) that it made it hard for the customer but with the new boxbuilder from Easify -it solves that problem.Customers just walk through one step at a time and make selections. No waiting for all images to be loaded at the same time! Its a breeze to set up and takes a fraction of the time. It's also customer friendly. It's just starting out and I can't wait for the personalization feature to be added. And like all the other Easify apps the customer service is second to none. They are always helpful and patient and know their stuff.

Love this app so far - easy to use and gives me the much needed functionality to allow customers to build their own boxes that I’ve been wanting to add for some time. There is 1 feature currently missing I need but they are adding this next week and their customer support has been wonderful, very communicative and responsive!

We started using Easify Options and saw that they recently developed a Build A Box app. We decided to give it a try because we were looking for an app to show our baby gift boxes. We have not been disappointed. It is easy to create the boxes and the support has been excellent!
