I found this app a bit fiddly to set up initially, but it has been working well once I mastered it. I ran into an issue where if a customer tried to add two boxes to their cart, the discount didn't apply properly - but when I reached out to the support team, they resolved the problem within a day. Great service, can't fault the team.

The Easify Box Bundle Builder has provided the perfect solution for our Pocket Promise shop. This was our first time creating a Shopify site and the first app that we needed to integrate and configure. Even as a first-time creator, the app was straightforward to install, customize and integrate into our shop. Recently we ran into an issue with a mobile display and, using their built-in chat feature, the Easify team was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. Terrific app - super easy to install and use. Took about an hour and we were up and running. A few weeks in we got a Shopify alert that an Easify order couldn't be processed and Suzy was super responsive in researching the issue. (It turned out someone added over 150 items to a cart - most likely a bot).
