Was asking many questions about product lists and image swatches Lich was patient and provided support through demos which allowed me to understand what was trying to achieve better. thank you

I was initially hesitant to keep this app, given my bad experiences with similar apps in the past. However, Easify has proven to be a pleasant surprise!
Yes, there are a few bugs, but the support team is outstanding. Every issue I encountered was addressed and resolved within 24-48 hours. The app itself is very user-friendly and easy to set up. As someone who runs a custom jewelry store, I’ve tried multiple apps for custom product options (Globo, Avis, Infinite…), and I can confidently say Easify has the best interface I’ve seen so far.
I really hope they continue adding new features, as this app has huge potential to get even better. If anything changes, I’ll update this review. For now, it’s a solid 5/5!

This app is highly customizable to a huge variety of needs - this has been the most successful app we've used from a wholistic bundle/add on app as well as a customer service app. Their support team is incredibly helpful and with a bit of deep thinking you can really build out what you need!

This app is amazing and works wonderfully, it's exactly what I needed, the info they have in their documentation and demos solves almost all my doubts and when I had an issue for customization the customer support helped me so quick and efficiently, Lich was lovely and sent me screenshots and guided me to solve my problems and was so kind, couldn't recommend the app enough!
