Even with the free version, there is live chat available! I worked with Hoa and they were quick to respond to help me. I was very pleasantly surprised by this!
This app was the only thing after hours of research that helped me easily add and customize dropdowns! I would recommend it to small businesses who want an easy solution for dropdowns/comment boxes without needing to spend a bunch of time adding custom code. Exactly what I needed!

This app is perfect for adding a bunch of options for your products without knowing any coding etc. Also, thanks to Mr. Hoa, I learned that you can actually translate the app content to whatever language you like manually! Thank you for the awesome, fast and reliable support.

I installed the app because of the good reviews and the price being lower than another app. I initially had difficulty as it is not completely intuitive. I emailed the support and uninstalled the app to check another one. I received a reply from Hoa and he helped me with screenshots and I was able to get it working. I am happy with this and will be signing up for the paid version.

I would HIGHLY recommend this app. We are a Gifting company which means a lot of customisation and this app made the setup so easy and allowed us to tailor our products to meet the different needs of our customers.
Above my expectations were the support staff that were always super friendly and available to answer my many questions and to go above and beyond to help me with our customised setup. I really do appreciate their deep understanding and patience.

I'm just using the Free Version, but I had an issue with info on packing slips... I reached out to support, and Lich solved the problem in under 5 minutes! Can't beat that kind of tech support.
Love to try the paid version but it's too expensive for me right now.
