I have been charged after successfully unsubscribing snd uninstalling. I reached out to their "customer service " submitted everything they requested and they literally never responded back. Just left the chat not saying another word. How is this acceptable. I will be contacting Shopify about this experience. Unacceptable!!! And disappointing!!!
Update: Easify customer service reached out to me personally to rectify the issue and provided me with an apology and a refund.
Support is excellent! Charles was helpful and super-fast with an answer - (I'm betting it's a common question). Any time I've run into a problem, it has taken only a few minutes to get things back on track. It is a longer process than you will think when you first get into it. There is a learning curve even if you've been maintaining your own website for a while. The demo makes things look relatively simple, but it will take you more time than you expect, so plan accordingly. Very happy with the application so far, although we are not yet live.

The app does exactly what I need it to do but the feature I need to really make it work for me is only part of the Pro version and at this point, I don't have enough web traffic to justify it. I'll watch what the POS activity is for this product and will consider the upgrade later. Anne was very kind and patient in helping me figure out what I was doing wrong and the settings I needed to change to make it work.
The support is great. Mari helped me fix a problem really fast.
They are the best. Im using easify from a very long time and their Support service is so Amazing. Thanks to Liv , Lich & Anne for always helping me out
