I needed some of my custom fields coded into my fulfillment order requests. Anne and Violette were fantastic in liaising with me in order to get my vision across and even when it didn't work the first few times, they continued and persevered and got it right. I started using the app to test out a few options for my website. I used the chat option as I was having trouble viewing the options on the live site. Violette was quick to respond and very helpful in getting me in the right direction
