This app made it possible for me to offer modular jewellery pieces and keep it simple and understandable for the customer.
The quick and targeted customer service have given me extra confidence in using it. There was a bug where the options changed with a delay while clicking. First I was helped by Lich in the chat. They had quickly determined that it was an error in the code and then escalated the issue to the development team. Within 2 days I received an email from Violette that the issue has been addressed and resolved!
It's nice to know that your questions are taken seriously by customer service :)
On top of that, they are very friendly.

Really good app, does exactly what it says. I had a small issue with my theme compatibility and Violette was so friendly and quick to help and solve my problem. I would definitely recommend Easify :)

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der App. Ich habe mir viele Anbieter dieser Art angesehen, aber diese gefiel mir am besten und die App ist erfreulich erschwinglich. Die vielen Funktionen helfen meinen Shop noch professioneller aufzusetzen. Besonders die Funktion URL Links als Optionen zu nutzen finde ich genial! This app is amazing. You have so many option to put content on your productpage. You have a bulk modus where you can create any number of options at once, really nice.
I had some little issues to display the options, because i use different sections in my theme.
I contact Lich in the chat and this issue was solved in 5min. Thats it, all works perfectly.
