I was really impressed with the level of service. I was having issues with the app functioning on my store due to the theme specifics. The technical support was so quick and extremely helpful. Both Charles and Lich were professional and patient. I am also impressed with how useful the free version is. Between the high quality of the free version of the app and the support I would have full confidence and no hesitations upgrading to the paid version when it is time. Other apps developers should take notes on how to build a strong user base through Easify's example.

Great experience with this App. We had some doubts about customising some parts, and Violette, their support rep, jumped in and helped us set up everything just as we needed.

This app is very versatile and offers a whole toolset of features, but it didn't stop there - I had very unique requirements and contacted Easify about them... I began a discourse with Zoe, the Product Manager, on many iterations to customise the app to accommodate my requirements, and every communication was courteous, considered intelligent and knowledgeable. It was a real pleasure working with such a gifted communicator. I highly recommend the whole Easify team - they are dedicated!

Installed this app today as I was looking for a seamless and better process for providing gift wrapping and offering a hand-written gift card with products and I spent several hours setting all of this up.
It looked great and I was really impressed with the app however I discovered an issue with the app. By linking a product with required options as a custom product option in this app (such as a custom message to hand-write on a gift card), this app was allowing it to be added to cart with no message field populated so it was not honouring the adding to cart process and requesting that required fields are populated first.
That itself wasn't really the issue though. It's an oversight by the app developers so I brought this to their attention only to spend 30+ ridiculously painful minutes of my life trying to explain what the issue was to a customer service rep who completely did not understand, grasp or get what I was saying - even with accompanying with screenshots and highlighting fields/problems. It was completely stupid and one big waste of my time.
So I am leaving this review to warn others that this app will add products to cart without required fields set (if you are linking an actual product to a custom option) and if you need support, it is absolutely abysmal - don't waste your time!

Since writing this 1 star review, I was followed up my a product manager who was much competent and understanding of my issue who worked with me to find a way to achieve what I was trying to do.
We did identify an issue where you can't use non-product-linked custom options with products that are on discount however I believe that is one of the millions of bugs with Shopify itself rather than this app.
I am changing my 1 star review to a 5 star review as a result of this follow up dealing with competent members of their team that worked with me to find a solution for our store.
They also offered an extension to the trial as a result as well so great eventual service.

So far so good. I expected some hiccups along the way, but Violette was able to resolve all within a relatively reasonable amount of time, which I am very grateful. this app is awesome, the only issue i had was when adding price ad ons i couldn't apply discount codes at checkouts with the products i made variant add ons too, the other products that i didn't use the Easify app for it worked, i bypassed it by allowing automatic discounts on my store. Im sure theres a way to make it work just too complicated for me at the the moment lol, Violette really helped me well with a lot of other things, i gave her permissions to access and she did the work for me, the app is easy to use as well. thanks guys for making my life that much more easy!
