Easify Product Options has been an incredible addition to my Shopify store. It has so many great features that are extremely helpful when building and customizing an eCommerce shop. Whether you need product swatches, advanced conditional options, or just simple input fields, this app has it all and makes it easy to set up exactly what you need.
I also want to highlight Lich from their support team. She has been extremely helpful and efficient on multiple occasions, always quick to respond and resolve any questions I’ve had. It’s rare to find such dedicated and knowledgeable support, and she makes using this app even better.
I definitely recommend Easify Product Options to anyone and everyone. Even if you only need one feature right now, you’ll quickly find there are many other tools within the app that you can make use of to enhance your store. Truly a must-have app for Shopify!

This app has been exceptional and my website could not function without it! The team at Easify are quick to respond and answer any questions you may have. The Easify team has been incredibly attentive, patient, and thorough with teaching me how to utilize the app more effectively, resolve any issues I encounter, as well as fulfill requests I've made. For example, Clove went above and beyond by staying 16 minutes overtime to make sure that an issue I was experiencing was resolved. Another time, Liv and Hannie (and others on the dev team), fulfilled my request to make hover images appear even larger by adjusting a code. I'm very grateful and satisfied with the service.
I’m so impressed with the Easify app and especially with the amazing support I received from Hannie. Today was my first time using the app—I had no idea where to begin. Hannie patiently guided me through every step. She sent me helpful tutorial videos, clearly explained the process, and even submitted a collaborator request to dive in and troubleshoot directly.

I was trying to decide which option picker was the best, and I think this one offers great overall value! It's easy to customize, supports tooltips, hovers, and even links to other products. I did encounter a small issue when I didn’t realize I needed to add the app block to the product page, which caused it to appear in a weird spot. However, Clove was incredibly helpful and patient in working with me to resolve the problem.
Easify is so user friendly and allows me to easily add customised options for my customers to choose from. Easify customer service has also been incredibly helpful and fast. They helped me with the back end code to alter the look of my packing slips and confirmation emails.

I wanted to be able to add a customization field for my product page. The app made it so easy! I was happy to see the customer entered data transfer to the cart. However, it didn't show on the customer's order confirmation email, nor on the email notfication to the store. HOWEVER, there is a fix for this in Easify's help section! They had great instructions on how to edit the code on the notfication emails. I did need help with one of them because my code wasn't matching their example so used their chat feature. They were super quick to respond. Viloette was awesome! She was so quick in email conversations, edited the code for me, and voila! It's perfect and just how I want it to be! Yay!
