Easify Custom Product Options

I appreciate the customer service and their willingness to help especially Hannie. I am still working on getting familiar with the app, I don't think it's as user friendly as I thought, but it is not as complicated as other apps.

First of all the free plan is useless. Completely useless. Upgraded to the middle plan since that one allowed live preview along with a large MB per file to be uploaded. 2 week trial. Can't really judge if it would be worth it when i've run into issues, like images doubling up when live preview is enabled. Had to spend so much time resizing all pictures only to find out it was something in the theme.liquid backend setting. Then after that was "fixed" i ran into another issue. In live preview you can choose if you want the customer to have the option of moving the text/image and or resizing the text/image, it was not working and it has now been 4 hours and no fix. While i was setting up more templates i noticed the double image started again on the products with live preview enabled, i did not mention it since this time around it was not obstructing the arrows and other pictures. Honestly this app has potential but if this app was made to work with shopify then customers should not be having issues within the first 2 weeks. It does not inspire any confidence that i wont run into issues later on or that it could cause loss of money as I have read in some of the reviews on a lot of apps. Also i think these free shopify themes also have something to do with the fact that anything free does not work well. IF the free stuff doesn't work well how can we expect the expensive plans to work.

Kendle & the team have always been so helpful and always insanely quick to responding to any questions I have and actioning any changes I have been needing. They're honestly one of the best support teams I've come across.

Wonderfully patient customer service people! I have been online with customer service/technical support for a few hours this morning. In that time, I worked with three different specialists. Each one was patient and helpful as we tried to figure out my problem. Although it took a while, I am very appreciative of the time they took to help me learn what I needed to do differently to better use some of the features of this app. Based on today's experience, I highly recommend Easify.

Let me start out with I was using another customizable add on app, I was being charged 60 month plus usage fees, I wasn't even able to do the things I wanted it to do. I cancelled that subscription and then I found Easify and checked out the demo site, and decided to give it a shot, I am so glad I did, I even upgraded to the max tier of the paid subscription as it has the one feature I wanted the Live Edit . Support is great for anything you need. I would HIGHLY Recommend EASIFY if your looking for customization options to add to your business. Which every online business can benefit from this App.

So far so good. The app is easy to use I'm learning as I go because I am new to this but I must say they have a lot of built in examples that you can customize and that really helps a lot and save so much time. Thank you for your quick response when I had a question.
