Easify Custom Product Options

We use Easify Product Options for our product customization. The app handles complex option sets really well, and the built-in tiered pricing feature is a great bonus that actually replaced a separate discount app for us.

But what truly sets Easify apart is the support. Suzy, Kat, Lich and Alice went above and beyond, they understood our issue immediately, had their technical team investigate and apply a custom fix directly to our theme. Fast, proactive, and solution-oriented. You rarely get this level of service from a Shopify app.

Incredible customer service. I am still on the free version and within 15 minutes of me reaching out they were already on a duplicate version of my shop editing code to get the app to function the way i needed. General functionality is good too.
