The most complex piece to our website was how we handled our pick 3-6-12 offering and Easify Product Options and the Easify team really met that head on! Our experience working with the customer service team and the devs was exceptional. We highly recommend Easify and their team! They over-performed and took our complex problem and turned it into a Easy Solution! Very thankful for the partner approach that they took with us. After a bit of learning, I was able to do quite a lot of cool things with different products and changes that auto-populate throughout the store. When I did have a question, I reached out to customer support late one night and they responded immediately and had solved my issue in less than an hour. Definitely appreciate them!

Amazing app, just a few limitations when it comes to customizing the appearence of everything which is why I'm not going it a 5star. I had help from Charles seting up and he was an amazing help, super friendly and really helped me solve my problems quickly, thank you!
I have outstanding service from the support, I have obtained a response every time within 24 hours, even a few times within an hour, even on weekends :-)......... Hoa fixed it for me, under my suggestion, corrected the application for my needs

Amazing customer support. Had quite some issues integrating it into our site correctly, but Net went above and beyond and fixed almost all the issues & requests I had. Tried many variant apps, but this is the only one I can recommend.
