My new theme introduced some compatibility issues, and neither I nor their support gave up, worked with me to get it working. Also the building of the option sets was easy.
Amazing app and even better customer support! They replied to my questions right away and quickly fixed my CSS so the personalization options blend seamlessly with my Shopify theme. Everything looks exactly how I wanted it. Fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend Easify!
I'm very happy with the Easify Product Options app. It works really well and has been exactly what I needed for my Shopify store. I did run into a technical configuration issue, but Gabi was extremely helpful in resolving it. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was working correctly. My whole offering hinged on what I was able to offer in terms of customisation of the product, and I was getting in knots trying to set this up. Easify has made it so much simpler than I could have expected, and their live chat function (thank you, Kat) saved me from A LOT of wasted time.

We had an issue right after installing Easify Custom Product Options, and the support team resolved it immediately. Their response was incredibly fast, professional, and helpful. The app itself is very easy to use, intuitive, and works exactly as we needed. It has made customizing our products much simpler.
SO BAD I ENDED UP MAKING MY OWN APP
The app doesn't show up, so I lost money on my orders as the options needed to be add-ons. i had to honour my customers. They never compensated but fixed the problem which is whatever HOWEVER
I ended my yearly plan, i paid for a full year but only used for 2 month. and i wasn't able to retrieve any of my data. I had written a help guide for my customers, which I now can't open to get the data, even tho it's my data. They give you no warning for access or that the access would end as soon as you cancel. I tried to get them to give me 1 day access or give me the data, and they have refused and want me to pay for the plan just so i can get the data, even tho i already paid for the rest of the year.
I ended up building my own variant app because I don't like how their app looks and trhey refused to give me the div to custom make it myself. every lil change they have to do for how it looks. t

Regarding the missing options, after reviewing your support history, we found that this only occurred with an order placed through the Shop App. As previously explained, Easify Product Options currently supports the Shopify Online Store sales channel, so options aren't available for orders placed through Shop App.
About your data, we understand your concern. While losing access after uninstalling an app is the standard behavior, your data was retrieved by our team upon request. If you still need it, simply reply to our support email and we'll be happy to prepare it for you.
Regarding the UI customization, we're sorry we couldn't meet your expectations. It wasn't that we were unwilling to help, we simply don't have a complete list of all HTML classes available to provide. Whenever possible, our team is always happy to assist merchants with custom styling requests directly.
We'd also like to clarify that we're always happy to review and process refund requests when merchants reach out to us. We completely understand that every app won't be the right fit for every business. If you still have any concerns about your subscription, refund, or data, please reply to my email and we'll do my best to help.

We were on a tight deadline to get our website up and running and ran into an issue with some settings. Kendle and the Dev team figured it out quickly and fixed the bug without me having to do anything! Communication was 10/10. Support was 10/10. We're so glad we chose this app.

Sono molto soddisfatta dell'assistenza Chloe,kendle e altri sono stati di grande aiuto, un ringraziamento particolare a Gavin che mi ha mandato un video molto chiaro e intuitivo su quello che cercavo.
L'unica cosa che forse si potrebbe migliore che almeno all'inizio nella configurazione di un prodotto sarebbe un ottima idea parlare con la stessa persona .Grazie
