Easify Custom Product Options

I've just started using this app and will update the review periodically. So far I've tested 3 similar apps and this one is by far the best. It has a great export feature (including images), a modern editable design interface and support so far has been very helpful! Also support has been there for all issues extremely promptly. I have submitted a few feature requests - including enabling text from dropdowns via the personalizer and multiple personlizer images on one product page. So far, so great other than those items, which would be helpful :)

I've been using the app in its most basic form for a little while now. I recently had to do some more complicated options and I upgraded to do so. I got in touch with the team about a feature I didn't want happening and they replied very quickly with some css code I could implement. It was easy and I was rolling with the changes within an hour of contacting them. I really appreciate the swift response and help navigating the plug-in!

Started down the road of finding an app for engraving addition to Shopify. Tried this app and moved on. Tried like 6 more. Came back to easily and was shocked how much better it was when I was back on it. Almost set up my needs and hit a snag. Got on with help chat and was blown away how good the help was. Knew what I needed and helped me get it done very quickly. Can't say how good the chat help was in this situation. Great app, I tried them all. its not even close

My new theme introduced some compatibility issues, and neither I nor their support gave up, worked with me to get it working. Also the building of the option sets was easy.

This app has been a huge help for my pasta delivery business. It was easy to set up, and everything has been running smoothly. Whenever I've had any hiccups or needed assistance, Suzy from the Help Center has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. Excellent support and a great app overall!

Amazing app and even better customer support! They replied to my questions right away and quickly fixed my CSS so the personalization options blend seamlessly with my Shopify theme. Everything looks exactly how I wanted it. Fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend Easify!

I'm very happy with the Easify Product Options app. It works really well and has been exactly what I needed for my Shopify store. I did run into a technical configuration issue, but Gabi was extremely helpful in resolving it. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was working correctly. Excellent support and a great overall experience. Highly recommended!

Great app with amazing customer support!

Easify has been a great solution for setting up all the customisation options for my jewellery products. I needed quite a complex setup with different metal colours, gold purities, stone types, carat sizes and other options, and the app gives me the flexibility to create the product experience I was looking for.

The customer support has also been incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance with the setup. There are so many options and features available, and once you get everything configured, it works really well.

Highly recommend for anyone selling customisable products on Shopify!
