Easify Custom Product Options

Tracy was great. I surfaced an issue on Friday. They mentioned it's something the Easify team needs to fix. Came back on Monday and saw that they already fixed the issue less than 10 hours after I submitted the issue. Very grateful!

Easify is a fantastic product options app, and the customer service truly sets it apart. Whenever I run into an issue with my setup, I can hop on chat support and they resolve it quickly, usually within 24 hours, with very little back and forth. The team is knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. I absolutely love Easify and highly recommend it!

I had to reach out to them twice now and every time they have been very responsive and quick to give updates when I asked. Great customer support which is not very common now days. They resolved my issues with my theme and got me going without all the headaches that I have had with other apps/plugin companies.

Our developers used this app to build a complicated product section for our site. The app itself is straightforward to use with some practice and has worked very well for us. I have been very satisfied with the service and the app itself. This app has a large amount of configuration options to help with different options you need for your products. The customer service is great as well. They are responsive and have solved every issue I have encountered. Highly recommend this app. I have even upgraded to a paid plan, and it has paid itself off already

Super App und wirklich guter Support. Ich habe diese App schon länger und ganz am Anfang haben wir Dinge umgesetzt, die inzwischen Standardmäßig in der App sind.
Wenn es irgendwo Probleme geben, löst der Support diese sehr schnell und zuverlässig.

I’ve already tried several apps, but without good results. I also had a problem with Easify Options. After contacting support — which later turned out to be at 11:30 PM on a Sunday evening their time — I was helped immediately.

The issue turned out to be that I still had another app active from Optis Options. After deleting that one, the Easify app works beautifully.

I still need to spend some time figuring out what the best settings and options are, but I’m confident they will help me.

First of all the free plan is useless. Completely useless. Upgraded to the middle plan since that one allowed live preview along with a large MB per file to be uploaded. 2 week trial. Can't really judge if it would be worth it when i've run into issues, like images doubling up when live preview is enabled. Had to spend so much time resizing all pictures only to find out it was something in the theme.liquid backend setting. Then after that was "fixed" i ran into another issue. In live preview you can choose if you want the customer to have the option of moving the text/image and or resizing the text/image, it was not working and it has now been 4 hours and no fix. While i was setting up more templates i noticed the double image started again on the products with live preview enabled, i did not mention it since this time around it was not obstructing the arrows and other pictures. Honestly this app has potential but if this app was made to work with shopify then customers should not be having issues within the first 2 weeks. It does not inspire any confidence that i wont run into issues later on or that it could cause loss of money as I have read in some of the reviews on a lot of apps. Also i think these free shopify themes also have something to do with the fact that anything free does not work well. IF the free stuff doesn't work well how can we expect the expensive plans to work.

Fantastic app that has been a great addition to our store. It makes upselling products through options simple and effective. The support team is incredibly responsive and always goes the extra mile to solve any issues or custom requests quickly. Highly recommended!

Ive currently only got the free version of your app and I must say, there are a lot you provide that should be in the premium versions. The settings and customizations are easy to understand and the user interface while navigating the app I streamlined and non complicated. I've made a great choice in app selection for my custom product options and I'll continue to use this app in the long term and can't wait to see what extras the premium versions hold.
